Red tiger balm

Tiger balm has always been one of our best selling complementary health products.

It has been used in the far east for centuries and is particularly useful for easing aches and pains.

It can also be used on the temples and forehead or the nose to help with headaches or stuffy noses.

NOTE: BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET IT IN THE EYES, NOSE OR MOUTH AS IT IS VERY STRONG AND WILL STING. ALWAYS WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER APPLYING.

Both red and white can be used inter-changably, but the red is stronger and is better for joint and muscle pain, whereas the white is gentler for headaches.

You need only a small amount.
