SOAP STONE CARVINGS


At Metamorphosis in St.Ives we carry a range of carved soapstone figures of lovers, thinkers, knots of eternity and family's with children. All our soapstone figures are hand carved in Kenya by small groups of artists who receive a fair wage.
We do have a range of Indian carved soap stone boxes in the shop.

All our soapstone carvings are are Ethically Traded.


Due to soap stone stone being a natural material and each piece being hand carved, the sizes and colours vary.
